At KitNation, we aim to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.

During busy periods such as:

  • Major football tournaments
  • Public holidays
  • Seasonal sales
  • Promotional events
  • Staff holidays

processing times may take slightly longer.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom

  • Approximately 5–7 business days

Europe

  • Approximately 5–10 business days

International

  • Approximately 7–12 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customs & International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs inspections before entering the destination country.

Customs clearance is handled by local authorities and is outside of KitNation's control.

As a result, delivery may occasionally take longer than estimated.

Customers are responsible for complying with any import regulations within their country where applicable.

Courier Delays

While we work closely with our shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • High parcel volumes
  • Major sporting events
  • Courier network disruption
  • Industrial action
  • Transport delays

KitNation cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.
  • Some tracking services may initially display "Label Created" or similar messages before further scans appear.
  • Tracking updates depend on the courier's scanning process.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee successful delivery.
  • Orders already processed may not be amended.
  • If a parcel is returned to us, we can arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
  • Refunds are not guaranteed where an incorrect address was provided.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may:

  • Attempt redelivery.
  • Leave the parcel in a safe place.
  • Deliver to a neighbour.
  • Deliver to a local collection point.
  • Return the parcel to us.

Please follow any instructions provided by your local courier.

Delivered Parcels

Where courier tracking confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order will be considered delivered.

If you believe your parcel has been incorrectly marked as delivered, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the courier.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our team will investigate directly with the courier.

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer either:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund.

Multiple Item Orders

Where possible, multiple items ordered together will be shipped in the same parcel.

However, depending on stock availability or operational requirements, orders may occasionally be shipped separately.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Promotional shipping offers are subject to change without notice.

Delivery Timeframes

Please note that all delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimated.

Although we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays outside of our control may occur. Purchasing an item for a specific event or date does not create a guaranteed delivery commitment unless expressly agreed in writing.
