Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns:

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. However, to qualify for a return, the item must be in unworn condition with all original labels and tags attached. Products that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for return or a refund.
 For customised items, including jerseys with personalised names and numbers, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Please ensure that all custom details are correct before placing your order.
 We do not accept returns for customised items. Please ensure you select the correct size before completing your purchase.
At KitNation, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, please note that buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Conditions:

 KitNation is not liable for returns or exchanges related to incorrect names, numbers, or addresses provided by customers. Once your order is processed and shipped, these details cannot be changed. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, it may be returned to us by the carrier, but in many cases, undeliverable packages are destroyed and not returned to KitNation.
 Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include intimate (under-garments) or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Return Process:

 To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at kitnationn@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing instructions on where to send the item.

Refunds:

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
 If you still have not received your refund after 2-3 business days, please send us an email at kitnationn@gmail.com, and we will investigate the matter further.

Exchanges:

 If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please follow the same return process. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send out the new item, subject to availability. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Final Sale Items:

 Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before completing your order.

Address Verification:

 It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Please carefully review all address details before finalising your order.
KitNation will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details. We do not offer refunds for orders that are returned or lost due to an incorrect address. In many cases, packages that cannot be delivered are destroyed and not returned to us.

Damaged Items:

 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a request to our email team at kitnationn@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. If you do not report the damage within this period, we may not be able to honour your claim.

Gifts:

 If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
